Want to learn to sew on a sewing machine? Don’t know where to begin?
Join Kim for this Beginner Sewing Class! We will make a pillowcase that we will finish in class and take home with you to show off what you’ve learned.
Students must be 18 years or older.
Cost of class: $69.99, includes your fabric, pattern, and instruction.
It is recommended you have the following supplies (you may purchase any/all supplies at Ready Set Sew for 10% OFF.
Supplies Needed:
Sewing Supplies Needed:

- Snips & scissors
- Extra machine needles
- Pins
- Binder clips if applicable
- Extra bobbin
- Rotary cutter with a sharp blade
- Small Rotary Cutting Mat
- Seam ripper
Get 10% OFF on sewing supplies needed before the day of class.
If you are unsure of any of the supplies, you may wait till the day of the class before purchasing.
Sewing machines will be provided (unless you tell us otherwise). You will also be introduced to a Serger.
And most of all, be ready to have sew much fun!
Class Cancellation Policy:
Thank you for signing up for a class at Ready Set Sew in East Ridge/Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Due to the high number of late-notice cancellations, our cancellation policy has been updated:
In the case that you are unable to attend the class, you must cancel at least 5 days prior to class date for a FULL refund. If you cancel 3-5 days prior to class, there is a 50% forfeiture fee deducted from your class fee. You may choose to transfer to another class if available, with a $20 transfer fee plus additional registration fee if applicable. If you cancel less than 3 days prior to class, your class fee is 100% forfeited. Transfer to another class is not available with less than a 3-day cancellation.
If the class is cancelled by Ready Set Sew, you will have the option of getting your full money back OR transfer the full amount you paid to another class.
